Beetlejuice Beetlejuice put the ghost with the most back on screens in 2024, and the costume people went looking for is the same one from 1988: the black-and-white vertical-striped suit.
The sequel didn't restyle him, so there's no old-look-or-new decision to make. Every retailer sells the same striped suit.

A character wig is a separate buy, so budget for one. For the face, a cream-makeup palette in white, gray, and black beats any mask. Gray out the hollows of the cheeks and eyes, and keep it cracked and dusty rather than smooth. The suit gets you recognized; the face gets the laugh.
The version most people end up wearing is Rubie’s classic Beetlejuice costume, and its Amazon reviews say why: 760 ratings at 4.4 stars, deeper than any other Beetlejuice costume we checked. It’s the licensed striped set — jacket, pants, and an attached mock shirt front — in the black-and-white stripes both films share.

Spirit sells its own officially licensed Beetlejuice suit for $69.99 in adult sizes S through XL. It’s polyester and hand-wash. Where the costume-grade sets use an attached shirt-front dickey, this one includes a real tie over a button-down front.
Its one advantage over an online order is the fitting room. Spirit runs seasonal stores where you can put the suit on, check the fit across the shoulders, and take it home the same trip. The review pool is small: 18 ratings at a displayed 5.0 stars.
OppoSuits makes the step-up option: an officially licensed three-piece built like a real suit instead of a costume. You get a two-button jacket with notch lapels and a double-vented back, matching trousers, and a coordinating tie, all in black-and-white striped poly twill you can machine wash.
